Walking Meditation
At some point
it started occurring to me
how much i am
with my self
when i walk.
Sometimes,
i just withdraw my senses
from many things
and simply collect
around not walking into something or someone.
Sometimes
i micro-slow
or micro-speed
or micro-freeze my hands
with a smile on face to my self.
Sometimes,
the walk rearranges me,
and i have a before and after,
difference in inner state,
of the walk.
Sometime,
i feel something has disentangled,
after the walk.
Sometimes,
i feel that my “can do” has shifted,
after the walk.
I walk because I want to walk more in the future.
