Intro
Meditation is sometimes meta-awareness and meta-think-feel-say-do, and sometimes dissolving all these waves in the oceanic.

Meditation enables being, seeing, sensing, becoming in a different way. And these different ways together over time lend deeper ways.
There is the concept of awareness. And Meditation is sort of a Meta-Awareness.
One aspect being the quality of our awareness: how long we stay aware onto something (stability), how much of effort we have to put to be aware of, or is the object of awareness a narrow focused or broad focused?, and so on.
Another aspect of this Meta-Awareness is in the service of #MetaThinkFeelSayDo. As in looking at various aspects of one's thinking, feeling, saying and doing.
If our #ThinkFeelSayDo were a Formula 1 car, then meditation is a pit-stop. For tuning up, changing tyres, refueling, etc.
If we observe the pitstops in Formula 1, then there is the aspect of the live event during which the race car comes to the pitstop and its quickly tuned up. And then there are aspects where the functioning of the pitstop itself is examined and changes are brought about. And there are aspects of the design of the race car itself that is examined and changes are brought about.
Similarly, Meditation led MetaAwareness that is in service of #MetaThinkFeelSayDo, brings about the following possibilities:
(A.) Looking at Inter-alignments and Intra-misalignments between what one thinks vs what one feels vs what one says vs what one does, about a particular issue or person or context. And is this the best way? Is this in the service of civilization?
(B) Looking at Intra-alignments and intra-misalignments in one's #ThinkFeelSayDo in forms of :
(a) Consistency and Coherence of One's Thoughts: between one's various thoughts/beliefs/values (Cognitive Dissonance or Coherences or Blindspots),
(b) and the same kind of analysis is applied to one's feelings vs one's other feeling or having mixed feelings sometimes and what gives rise to them and how we adjudicate in such cases; (
c) Contra-diction...what one keeps saying over a period of time...is there consistency or contradiction and under what circumstance one can reconcile with it as a belief-change or its seen as opportunism,
(d) One's action in one context vs one's another action in another context.
In the sense, the ability to hold our #ThinkFeelSayDo in awareness. Seeing how they inter-impact. and intra-impact And whether they are in alignment or not.
Done over a period of time, there comes a time in the journey of meditation when the pitstop happens on-the-go even as the car is racing on the track...this is what could be called Applied Wisdom or Integrated Meditation.
To begin, there are thousands of #DailyTinyAct in form of #IntegratedMeditation that are possible and could become tiny pitstops.
Example: Everso slowing one's speech in middle of conversation, or taking a 5 seconds pause before responding, or asserting a resistance to body while standing up from chair, or checking tension in facial muscle and relaxing while in conversation, or asking one question to understand more rather than tell more...
Such Meditation can be of various forms.
Some that take one towards any of #ThinkFeelSayDo inter or intra aspects.
Sometimes to see and savor the experience.
Sometimes it it to tweak it a bit.
Sometimes it is to see its Meta version.
And sometimes to be able to still/rest these modifications and withdraw from the #ThinkFeelSayDo, and develop calm-abiding ... dissolving oneself into the greater.
These and many forms of Meditation could enable one to cultivate a better being and better becoming, and be in service of the civilization. You may want to listen to a few voicenotes. These are forms of #ThinkFeelSayDo Meditation. Holding in awareness some of the concepts and their architecture with some other concepts. I shall be working towards creating and sharing other forms of meditation over the coming months.
