waking up
Each day the end of our sleep paves us into wakefulness.
However, from the first moments of our wakefulness, we could experience what could be called “disintegrity”. This could be in various form:
parts of body feeling lethargic or fatigued,
pain or tension in some parts of the body,
tensed up or holding up in parts of the brain/jaws/areas around the eyes or forehead, shoulder
Cultivating a practice of being aware of them, giving time before starting the routine/day, breathing deep (5 breaths), or even closing eyes and talking to parts of the body about this condition, …and similar practices (that can be experimented and then arrived at), could go a deep way in entering the doorway or highway of the day with a better being and awareness.
